They are an economical alternative to the food cooked at home, although they also keep the suspicious nutritious material contained in most menu items. It is often sold in restaurants with quick service where you can take it with sitting or drive-through option, But if you often take or habitual to junk food which has been positive as well as the negative impact on the health. Such kind of food has a high amount of calories, but the nutrition value is low. Rather than several types of minerals, vitamins, and nutrients it often contains a high amount of fat and sugar and due to increasing calories and inadequate physical activity are the main factors of obesity. Soft drinks, candies, noodles, hamburgers, biscuits, chips, pizza, baguette, burrito, milkshakes, ice cream, sandwiches, hot dogs, fried foods, burgers, and cold drinks are common items found on fast-food menus.

The disadvantages of ast food are as follows.
